Primo — Gift & Event Planner
Primo collects no data. We have no servers. We have no accounts. We have no analytics. Everything you enter into Primo stays on your device and is never transmitted anywhere by us.
All user data — including people, occasions, timelines, gift history, and preferences — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. There is no cloud component, no remote database, and no synchronization service.
Primo does not require or support user account creation. There are no usernames, passwords, or email addresses associated with your use of the app.
Primo offers two optional AI tiers. Neither is required to use the app.
Your API key, if provided, is stored in the iOS Keychain and is never transmitted to us or to any party other than your chosen provider.
Primo does not include any analytics frameworks, tracking pixels, or third-party SDKs. We do not collect crash reports, usage patterns, or device information.
The only analytics available to us are the aggregate, anonymized metrics provided by Apple through App Store Connect (such as download counts and retention rates), which Apple collects independently of Primo.
Primo contains no advertisements and no ad-related SDKs.
Primo does not integrate with any third-party services except when you explicitly opt in to BYOK AI features. In that case, data is sent directly to your chosen provider (Anthropic or OpenAI) and is subject to their respective privacy policies:
Primo may include outbound links to third-party websites (such as product pages or event listings) as part of AI-generated suggestions. Visiting these links is subject to those websites' own privacy policies. Primo does not share any user data with these websites.
Primo does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app is rated 4+ and contains no age-restricted content.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, deleting the Primo app permanently deletes all your data. There is nothing to request deletion of on our end because we never had it.
If this privacy policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes on the App Store.
